Fund GPs on AngelList have better reporting when their portfolio companies are using AngelList Equity for cap table management and when the company admin has enabled data sharing.

What is AngelList Equity and what data is shared?

AngelList Equity is cap table management software. It is trusted by thousands of companies from pre-seed to late-stage to streamline cap table and equity management. Companies can easily manage equity, issue grants, and keep track of shareholders all in one place. It includes 409A valuations, financial reporting, and compliance tools to help your portfolio companies stay on top of legal and financial obligations. Companies can choose which data are shared with which stakeholders.

Inviting portfolio companies to AngelList Equity

Invite portfolio companies to AngelList Equity from your Fund Admin Portfolio page by clicking “Choose Companies” in the banner above your Finalized Investments table:
Next, you can learn more about AngelList Equity, then choose which portfolio companies you want to invite to AngelList Equity:
Last, you will send the invitations. Alternatively, you can share a link with them (see bottom left of screen above). Please note that there might be a delay in sending the invite if our team needs to manually identify the email address of the founder/co-founders to invite them.
