We believe these vehicles are important enough to be a fundamental component of cap tables. In practice, this means every investor below a threshold will join an RUV or CV on the cap table. Founders tell us these vehicles are critical for fast financings and acquisitions, which is good for all investors of all sizes. **This new offering will be the only option for any new cap table customer. ** Current customers can choose to stay on the existing version and everything will continue working as before, with no changes in software, support, or pricing If existing customers who are using the existing standalone cap table product wish to move to another provider — since we’re no longer building new features for the old version — we have made it easy to move to other providers of cap table software, including J.P. Morgan and Pulley.

No impact on Roll Up Vehicles

This announcement will not impact fundraising tools or Roll Up Vehicles, which will continue to function as normal. As always, we will continue to offer standalone Roll Up Vehicles and standalone Consolidation Vehicles, no matter what cap table provider you use. FAQs for Existing Cap Table Customers

You can do nothing if you want by choosing to stay on the existing version of the product. If you choose to stay on the existing version, everything will continue working as before, with no changes in software, support, or pricing.

If you would prefer to move to another provider since we are no longer building new features for the existing version of the product you can choose to migrate to another provider at any time.

Certainly. We are happy to do so once we confirm that you have accessed & stored your data.Once you have migrated or otherwise no longer need your data, log in to your dashboard and under Settings > Billing, press contact support and request a deletion of your cap table data (or your entire profile).Once any administrator requests this, the data will be deleted and will not be able to be restored.
Your company is eligible to continue using your plan. When it comes time to upgrade or you exceed the quota allocated by your plan, we will reach out with options for you.

FAQs about Migration to Other Providers

No. You can migrate at any time. Should you decide to migrate to J.P. Morgan, they intend to honor the time left on your subscription to AngelList such that you will not have billing overlap.Many customers may save money by migrating compared to their existing plans, so it would make sense to evaluate your options before your renewal date.Learn more about J.P. The Pulley team will manage the onboarding of your data.If you decide to migrate to another vendor, we’ve provided a single export file that contains all of your data.
Yes. We are not restricting your choices here. You have access to your cap table data in a simple single report that includes all documents within your reporting center, called the Open Cap Table Data Export, which is available in the dashboard
Your data will become read only, but you’ll maintain access to the reports to be able to migrate elsewhere when you are ready.
