How do I sync my HRIS and payroll systems?

Navigate to People > Configuration > Integrations and select your provider. If you don’t see your provider, scroll down and use the search function.

Cap Table Management

Once your payroll and HRIS systems are synced, your cap table works better:

• Automatically terminate employees in AngelList when employees are terminated in your HRIS/payroll systems.

• All of your employee details in AngelList, none of the manually data entry. Location data, for example, is important for certain tax withholding calculations.

• 409A valuation requests include your compensation data, an important input to some methods of determining your company’s valuation.

Compensation benchmarks

Once your payroll and HRIS systems are synced, you unlock access to AngelList Market Pay, which features ary and equity compensation benchmarks that help you make competitive and fair job offers.
