Navigate to “Equity > Stakeholders”, select the name of the employee you want to invite, and click Invite.
If they have an existing grant on the dashboard, you can invite employees in bulk using Bulk Actions. If they do not have any grants on the dashboard yet, you’ll have to either individually invite them through their Employee screen as described above.
Yes - navigate to Equity > Stakeholders and select the employee. Click Actions and select Preview Employee Dashboard. You will not be able to take any action on behalf of the employee, but you will be able to see the dashboard from their view.
Navigate to Equity > Stakeholders and select the employee being terminated. Click Actions and select Terminate.
Here, you can manage the various scenarios under which somebody could be terminated and handle their ESOP vesting/cancellation accordingly.
Note - at this point, it is advised to change the employee’s primary email to their personal email address so that they can retain visibility into their vested ESOPs.
You can immediately revoke access in case of termination for cause or immediately vest all unvested units for someone as well.
Terminated employees’ records are stored on the dashboard. If you don’t see a terminated employee listed there, you may have unknowingly revoked access from them. Reach out to us to fix this.
