Cap Table Management

Once your payroll and HRIS systems are synced, your cap table works better: • Automatically terminate employees in AngelList when employees are terminated in your HRIS/payroll systems. • All of your employee details in AngelList, none of the manually data entry. Location data, for example, is important for certain tax withholding calculations. • 409A valuation requests include your compensation data, an important input to some methods of determining your company’s valuation.
