Signature blocks are available on your RUV Dashboard. AngelList will provide the signature block that has the legal name of the RUV, its address, and signatory information. This information is unique for each RUV. Signature blocks are available on your dashboard by clicking Ready to Close.

Receive the Funds
AngelList wires the investment amount to the company at time of the close.
We collect all funds & perform a KYC check on each investor. All capital must be received and KYC checks finished from the investors in the RUV in order for the wire to be sent.
The investors who are displayed in the "Completed" column on the fundraising page of your Lead dashboard have sent their funds and completed the KYC process.
If all the LPs have completed the investment flow and we've received the financing documents along with wire instructions, we can get the wire out to you within 24 hours.
