### How do I upload other legal documents? Which legal documents should I upload?

Navigate to *Documents & Legal* and upload your legal documents.

We recommend you upload your Certificate of Incorporation, any previous Board Consents, Action of the Incorporator, Bylaws, and other documents relating to your company's capitalization and share classes.

We generally recommend that documents relating to specific securities (eg. a stock purchase agreement or an option agreement) be uploaded to the individual securities or specific.
